طريقة عمل الكحك الناعم (بالصور ) - أبلة نظيرة









المقادير :- 

1- كيلو دقيق

2- 3 كوب سمن


4- 2 ملعقة كبيرة سكر بودرة

5- ذرة ملح

6- من نصف إلى ثلاث أرباع كوب ماء أو لبن دافئ 

7- قطعة خميرة بيرة فى حجم بيضة بلدى




طريقة العمل :-

1- نضع ملعقة سكر على الخميرة ونضيف عليها ماء دافئ ونقلب جيدا ونتركها حتى تخمر

2- ينخل الدقيق بمنخل حرير حتى يتخلله الهواء وحتى نحصل على دقيق نظيف تماما


3- نضع الدقيق فى حلة ويفضل أن تكون صاج أو زجاج ثم نضيف السكر البودرة

4- ننقى السمسم ويفضل أن يكون سمسم ابيض ثم نضعه على الدقيق فى الوسط

5- نقدح السمن جيدا ثم نضعه على السمسم والدقيق ونترك حوالى ملعقتين من السمن سوف نضيفهم قبل تشكيل العجينة

6- نبدأ فى التقليب بخفة بملعقة خشب وبعد أن يبرد قليلا نبدأ فى بس الدقيق بالسمن باليد جيدا

7- نضيف الخميرة بعد أن خمرت ونعجن العجينة ثم نضيف الماء أو اللبن بالتدريج حتى تتكون عجينة الكحك

8- نغطى الحلة ونضع عليها فوطة ونضعها فى مكان دافئ لمدة ساعتين تقريبا

9- نضيف ملعقتين السمن المتبقية ونقلب مرة أخرى ثم نبدأ فى تشكيل العجينة الى كور ثم اقراص صغيرة تنقش بالمنقاش

10- نغطى الصاجات بقطعة قماش نظيفة ونتركهم فى مكان دافئ لمدة ساعتين

11- يخبز الكحك فى فرن متوسط الحرارة حتى يحمر وجهه

12- عندما يبرد الكحك نضع عليه السكر البودرة ويقدم قى أطباق التقديم مع أكواب الشاى أو شراب الكاكاو أو المياه الغازية .

King's Bounty: The Legend is an adventure game with tactical turn-based battles and role-playing elements.
In a fairy tale fantasy world of fearless knights, evil mages, wise kings and beautiful princesses the player controls a hero.
Leading their character through the game world, exploring it, commanding armies in battle and accomplishing various quests can mean great reward or huge defeats.
Game-play is divided into two major sections: adventure mode and battle mode.
While playing in adventure mode the gamer controls their character in real-time.
With several classes available at the start of a new game, the player moves through the adventure map seeking various treasures, fighting monsters and accomplishing quests tasked to him by the local stewards.
Once in battle mode the gamer assumes the role of a war chief, leading his troops in tactical turn-based combat.
Battles take place on land or sea, in dungeons or castles or even in some items! The hero himself doesn't participate in the combat, but can assist his troops by casting spells or summoning different creatures.
